ABOUT US

WHO WE ARE

Tamika Hudson

Since 1995, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your goals. I utilize  a culturally sensitive, intergrative, and strength based approach. Let me provide you with the tools you can utilize in your daily life.
I am a multi culturally trained, social justice minded  Black therapist and believe in the power of change. I am licensed to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida. My passion comes from serving the BIPOC communities and being an ally within the Black Therapist Alliance. Together we are strong resilient BIPOC women therapists.

People begin to heal when they feel heard. Have you been surrounded by feelings of anxiety, stress or depression? Have you experienced grief or loss in your life? Have you encountered a traumatic event? You do
not have to go through this alone. In my sessions, I strive to create a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where you can safely explore these challenges.

My Name is E. Renee Gregg, LMSW - I am a natural helper who choose to work with at risk individuals affording them the opportunity to make life advancing changes. I believe that inside everyone is success if they are imparted with the skills to achieve it. My mom always said “it’s a bad wind that never changes course.” I have made it my life long endeavor to encourage change in my community. By working together, we can make individualized, achievable goals that will provide the tools for you to conquer these barriers.
My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, individuals, families, and groups. By using an eclectic approach, I can incorporate methods and strategies from a Strength-Based perspective, that fit your needs including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focus CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Therapy, and Existential Therapy. I strive to provide a
safe, non-judgmental space to explore your feelings and use your strengths to overcome life’s challenges
